Buyer’s Inspection
Our Residential Inspection is offered for single and multi-family homes as well as condos. These inspections adhere to the state of Illinois’ Standards of Practice (SOP). As long as they are safely accessible, we thoroughly inspect the following areas:

Pre-Listing/Seller’s Inspection

WDO/Termite Inspection
A WDO inspection is important because it can reveal any existing damage or pests in the home that the seller may not have disclosed or been aware of. It’s important to know about any existing damage or pests before you purchase a home, as they can be costly to repair or get rid of.
New Construction Inspection
Conducted prior to the builder’s final walkthrough of the property, we’ll search for mistakes made over the course of construction and help you communicate with builders on where the issues are. Even new construction usually has some issues to be addressed.
11th Month Builder’s Warranty Inspection
New construction homes are typically protected by the builder’s warranty for the first 12 months. Schedule this inspection toward the end of that timeframe so that we can identify any existing issues. Defective areas of the home may be partially or fully covered in accordance with the warranty agreement.
Re-inspections
A Re-Inspection is a final walkthrough of the home usually the day before closing. We check that all items that the seller agreed to repair were done as promised. You also receive a written report as documentation.
