Property Guidance Inspection LLC is owned and operated by inspector Phil Gould. He has been a full-time inspector and radon testing professional since 2012. Phil has completed more than 3500 inspections on a wide variety of homes over the last 11 years.
Phil Gould had a career in media and advertising before joining the home inspection industry. While still working at the agency, he attended monthly inspector meetings and shadowed professional inspectors from ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) on the weekends. He was an inspector and area manager for a national home inspection company and now operates his own business, Property Guidance Inspection.
Phil lives in a 1925 stucco bungalow in Forest Park with his wife Liz and two dogs Nora and Dora. He’s been a trusted member of the Chicago community for years and brings his community experience with him to every inspection.
